    • Short bolt posts, but great battery otherwise.
Received this battery in a timely manner. Well packed and in great condition. Seems to be holding a charge for a long time while being used in an RV. My only complaint is you have to use a bolt for the connection post, and it was extremely short. Since I'm connecting two in parallel, I need to have two connections on two of the posts. The bolt was so short, I had to buy four bolts (M8 x 16mm), eight washers (doubled all of the posts because one made the posts with only one connection extend too much), and four lock washers - all stainless steel. Ran about $12. After getting these set up, everything worked great. Didn't want to give 4 stars because this was an easy fix, and the batteries were a great value all the way around. Just wish they had actual posts to screw the nut on instead of screwing in a bolt. ... show more

    • Great bang for the buck
Works great, has no issue powering 1kw inverter. I plan on monitoring the performance over the next year and will update it anything changes. I do plan to test capacity and low temperature charge protection at some point in the future.

    • Reasonably priced and high performance
The switch to a lithium battery in my small camper has been a huge improvement. With the old lead acid battery, you had to always make sure the charge never went below 20% as it would very likely damage or even “kill” the battery. The lithium battery is NOT effected even if the battery drops to zero charge. Also the physical size of the battery is the same as the old one so it fits perfectly in the battery box. Other benefits are that the battery weight is 1/3 that of the lead acid batteries and cost is only slightly more. One cautionary note for cold weather campers. When the weather drops below freezing, the lithium battery will cease to charge until battery temperature gets back up to 32 degrees. This is not to say that the battery does not function, it simply won’t recharge. The only unknown is “What will be the longevity of the new battery?” The company Claims up to a 10 year life but even if it lasts half that time, it will be well worth the investment. ... show more

Its smaller, lighter, and delivers a solid 13 volt output. What an improvement over lead acid house batteries. I will update if performance drops but have every expectation this is a first class battery.

    • Works for a Sump pump
I bought this to replace a 12V lead battery that we were using as a backup power source for our sump pump. Along with a smart LiFePo charger that maintains the battery and a DC to AC converter for our backup sump pump, we are always covered for those rare occasions when we have brief power outages, whether we are home or not. I tested it by letting our backup pump run for couple of hours while unplugging the primary pump and it worked effortlessly as expected.
