Use: Battery swap and UPGRADE for 36v gold cart Quantity: 3 Weight: -22lbs each! (For a total of 66lbs) -I switched from 6 Interstate lead acid (55lbs each totaling 330lbs) losing 264lbs from the cart and it certainly feels it! Charger: -Updated to an on board charger (15amp Noco Genius "Gen5x3") -I keep it connected to my batteries and simply plug it in when I'm done using the cart. It charges each battery individually and stops charging individually as well. -I'd go bigger maybe 20amp or 30amp if you want a fast charge. It works well, but it did take aprox 14-16 hours to charge them back to full after the trip mentioned below. Practical test: -On 07/12 the wife and I took the cart out on a date night The new batteries on a full charge read right at 42v on the voltage meter. -That night we drove 24.2 miles over the course of 4 hours averaging 14mph with LED headlights ON -When we got home and they read at 39.1v PARTS USED FOR BUILD: 3 of these batteries- $187.99 each 1 Noco Genius "Gen5x3" $187.99 1 Pair of 8in wires (golf cart wires)-$12 1 Pair of 14in wires (golf cart wires)- $14 2 Longer terminal bolts(aprox 1.25in)- had'em 1 Master kill switch- $13 -This helps make sure not of my accessories aren't leaching my batteries -IMPORTANT: Using this became the connection point from the far end of the sequenced battery + side to the positive cable coming directly from the cart (I would have had to buy a very long cable, one and then connected them with a creative solution) GET the SWITCH. GRAND TOTAL for swap: $790.96 NOTES: -The bolts (Phillips head) that the batteries come with are pretty short but worked for all the terminals that were minimally occupied (battery charger &battery charger and cable). -I had to use some longer ones on the terminals that I tied my accessories into OPINION: I was extremely skeptical making the switch and opening the money. I could find but 1 other review that did this swap, it was very helpful Do the swap! If your hesitant it's understandable but these are less expensive (overall), light in weight (your cart will go faster) have better longevity and can run for longer periods. I believe the batters would have kept running after the trip mentions above. I am so glad I did! For the money the outperform lead acid, save a ton of weight on the cart and should last 3-5x times as along! ... show more

It is very light weight and really puts out smooth power. Takes a really long time to wear down the power. I have a 55 lb thrust trolling motor and when I fish for about three hours I only use half the power of this battery even when I'm trolling for fish while I'm out. I put a trolling motor on my kayak. We went for about three hours on full speed. It's a 36 lb trolling motor. The trolling motor said the battery was at full charge. Came back to the truck and the battery was completely dead. I used the lithium battery to jump it off. I have the mini 100ah battery. It's so light, I had low expectations. ….and that’s exactly what I wish they’d told me in the item description. But they didn’t. So, I did what I’d always done when I replaced a battery. I just hope I didn’t damage it. Learned of the REQUIRED proprietary charger from a YouTube review. They need to add a notation here such as: “NOTE:,” or, “IMPORTANT,” or “REQUIRES SPECIAL CHARGER. USE OF COMMON CHARGER MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO BATTERY.” I have used this battery twice, both times for about 2 1/2 hours trolling for rainbows. The thing performed wonderfully. And I’m not going to complain about how much lighter it is compared to the old “boat anchor” lead acid. Hopefully, this review will help you avoid what happened to me. ... show more

This is my second DJLBERMPW 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 and they work great. I have connected them in parallel and used my 150W constant current electronic load tester on the pair and the test results were 206AH and still going with just a little over 10v left on the battery bank, I have done this now a few times now with consistent results I say that's a win. I can not comment on the longevity only having them for a month or so. The MFG dates are within a few months of receiving them so they're fresh builds and the quality is outstanding. I am very pleased with the batteries and plan to order a few more, the first 2 are for a 24ft camper I would like 2 more for my boat and possibly a 5th for the camper. I recommend trying them I think think they are a great value and quality and should last. ... show more

At $189 each this was a no brainer!! Went from 300 lbs of battery to roughly 66 pounds plus it was actually cheaper to go lifepo4 vs lead acid (3 batteries vs buying 6 6v batteries) More speed due to higher voltage (42v) and less weight, can go farther distance, and will never have to replace these batteries.. at least not in my lifetime.. conversion is simple just make sure you put 3 in series for a 36v GC, and 4 in series for a 48v GC. Upgrade your charger to a lifepo4 charger (all over Amazon for $, $$, $$$) I did a 30 amp onboard charger and love it dead to fully charged in a little over 3 hours! One last note 1 of my batteries got lost in shipping.. reached out to seller they verified, and shipped a new battery out the next day! ... show more
