Cover is very well made. I have the Pit Boss 850 model and this cover fits very good, but you can tell it is not an exact fit on the pellet box side. Still, it fits well. Any and all pellet grills with that side smokestack are going to be a little bit of a P.I.A. to put the cover on.

Fits good to the form of the smoker. Is the standard grill cover material. Original cover was more stiff and durable. But they don't make anymore. Hope this lasts 10 plus years like the original.

I had ordered this for a friends birthday gift, however he had already replaced his very well used and aging cover so in the end I did return this item. He purchased the same model and the difference between this new one and the one that originally came with his smoker were night and day. This is a much more heavy duty and robust feeling cover compared to the thin cover originally provided with his Pit Boss smoker, and it should last much better in the elements, especially in the winter when snow is involved. ... show more
